AI Doctor Notes adds iCloud backup for visits and recordings

DreamLab Solutions has released an update to AI Doctor Notes that adds iCloud backup and restore for saved appointment information, including visits, recordings, transcripts, summaries, symptoms, and care circle details.

Doctor appointments often leave patients and caregivers with information they need to return to later. The new backup feature gives users another way to protect those records and recover information included in an existing backup if it is accidentally removed or lost from the app.

Users can create a backup manually from Settings. Before restoring, they can preview the contents of the backup and see what information is available.

Restore is designed to add missing data without overwriting records or edits that are already on the device. Because backups are created manually rather than continuously synced, users should create a new backup after making important changes and before deleting information they may want to recover later.

The update also makes several everyday actions easier to understand. Visit and symptom cards now use clearer labels, while a new FAQ section in Settings explains how backups work, how to restore information, and what the feature can and cannot recover.

AI Doctor Notes has also added clearer warnings before recordings are deleted. The confirmation explains what will be removed and, when applicable, how an existing backup may be used to restore the recording.

AI Doctor Notes is built for patients, parents, and caregivers who want a better way to prepare for doctor appointments, record conversations, and review what was discussed afterward. The iCloud backup update is intended to make the information they save in the app easier to protect and return to when they need it.
